At Heart Pottery Studio, we are dedicated to fostering a warm, inclusive, and creative environment where everyone feels welcome. As an artist-led space, we celebrate diversity and encourage artistic expression from individuals of all backgrounds. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior. Ensuring a safe and positive space for all is our priority. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from our studio, with no refund provided. Let's create a supportive and inspiring community together
Class Policies
- Class Cancellations: If a class does not meet the minimum required enrollment, it may be subject to cancellation. In such cases, we will notify you in advance.

Punctuality Matters:
- For weekly students: If you arrive after the demo has begun, the instructor will not repeat it to avoid disrupting the class.
- For single-session classes: Arriving more than 15 minutes late means you will not be allowed to join, and no refunds will be issued.
Disclaimer
We take great care in the pottery-making and firing process, but please note that final results may vary. Factors such as clay composition, glaze application, and kiln conditions can influence the outcome. While we do our best to ensure quality, we are not responsible for cracks, imperfections, or unexpected results that may occur during firing. By participating, you acknowledge these risks as part of the creative journey. We look forward to sharing the joy of ceramics with you! 😊
Rescheduling & Refund Policy
No Refunds !
All class bookings are final and non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your class with at least 3 days (72 hours) notice before the scheduled session.
Last-Minute Rescheduling
If a rescheduling request is made within less than 3 days (72 hours) of the class, a $35 rescheduling fee per person will apply.
Transferring Your Spot
If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to someone else. It is applicable for only single classes. Please email us the name you transferred.
